Step 2: Learn how to drive an e-scooter

Step 3: Make your way to an e-scooter and start your rental!
- To select a scooter, click on any scooter on the map, and navigate to the scooter nearest you.
- On each e-scooter’s handlebar is a QR code. Scan the QR code to start your ride.
- To rent the e-scooter, follow the prompts to unlock. The display on the handle bar will turn on and you are ready to ride.
Step 4: Stay within the geo-fence
- Using the map on the app, stay within the green operational area. Going outside the white area will result in your e-scooter sounding an alarm and disabling the electric power. You will need to manually push the e-scooter back into the geo-fence area.
- You can ride anywhere within the geo-fence with the exception of the restricted zones. These are indicated on the map on your app as red zones.
Step 5: Finishing your ride
- When you are done with your e-scooter, you can drop off at you final destination.
- Go back to the app, and ‘slide’ the option to lock the scooter. You will see your rental cost, and your card will be charged automatically.
- Please park your scooter respectfully, ensuring you are not blocking a sidewalk, driveway, or roadway. If you’ve had any issues ending your ride, please call 902-577-3469.
